Theorizing artificial intelligence acceptance and digital entrepreneurship model

Purpose This paper aims to determine the entrepreneur's intention accept artificial intelligence (AI) and provide advancement in domain of digital entrepreneurship. Design/methodology/approach Extensive literature review theories have been considered area technology adoption/acceptance entrepreneurship identify factors affecting entrepreneurs with respect AI for Further, a model, acceptance (AIADE) is theorized after formulating some hypotheses. The model has validated 476 useable responses. Findings findings revealed that performance expectancy, openness, social influence, hedonic motivations generativity positive impact on AI. Additionally, affordance no direct relationship intention, but it affects through attitude. Inconvenience significant negative AI, while uncertainty was found be positively intention. Effort expectancy did not confirm any relationship. Research limitations/implications By considering existing theoretical models concepts authors contribute AI's progress, specifically complement extend by developing AIADE, explaining Practical implications practical study show (positive), openness influence attitude effort (negative) inconvenience are antecedents suggest intentional improvement planning developed increasing perceptions explanation its improving their using Originality/value first reveals critical Relevant background, discussion, implications, limitations future research recommendations discussed.
